Grief is a natural response to losing someone. Understand that you can and will adapt to this loss and survive. Humans are resilient and can cope and adapt.
Accept love and support from others
Avoid drugs and alcohol
Eat right —maintain a proper diet
Sleep right: get enough rest
Foster positive emotions
Distract yourself: watch movies and TV, do activities, visit friends and family

Stay active: go for a walk
